Abstract: Marxist economics investigates the development law of social and economic movement during the productivity and production relations dialectical movement Applying this principle, this thesis studies the internal logic between the capitalist production change and technology innovation Besides, it s pointed out that under the condition of socialist marketing economy, new socialist production relations is required inevitably to adapt productivity development, and only in this way, can the productivity development be propelled and technology innovation be promoted finally The ownership of the means of production remains as the core essence Therefore, in terms of the current implementation of mixed ownership reform, holding stateowned companies can ensure the dominance of stateowned economy, and socialist production relations get reflected, thus technological innovation will be promotedEspecially under the new normal economy, in order to transform from the factors driven and investmentdriven into innovationdriven, we must insist on the mixture of stateowned ownership reform, and promote technological innovation, build an innovative country, and try to form the competitiveness of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics
