摘要： 随着全球化的发展，国际非政府组织在世界政治中扮演着越来越重要的角色。当前对国际非政府组织的研究主要包括对跨国倡议网络和跨国行为体的研究等。从问题领域上来看，人权等问题往往是非政府组织所关注的焦点。当前的国际非政府组织已经对主权国家的行为施加了各种影响，而这些影响往往是国家所不能忽视的。本文结合相关的国际关系理论对非政府组织在当代世界政治中所扮演的角色进行了探讨，并分析了非政府组织影响国家行为的方式及其产生的后果。

Abstract: With the development of globalization, the nongovernment organizations (NGOs) are being endowed more and more importance. The current studies on NGOs mainly center on the transnational activist networks and the transnational actors as well. Nowadays, NGOs have exercised various nonnegligible influence on states. As far as issue area is concerned, human rights issue is paid the most attention by NGOs. Whats more, NGOs in China are facing some development bottlenecks. In this paper, the author studies the role played by NGOs in contemporary world politics with the help of international relation theories, and analyzes the effect of NGOs on state conduct and their outcomes.
