摘要： 越共"十一大"的召开对于越南今后的发展具有重要的意义,越南今后改革的走向将是坚持革新开放路线,创造性地运用和发展马列主义;在大力发展经济的同时重视有效增长及可持续发展;理论建设将得到进一步加强;加强党的领导力与战斗力,进一步改善党和政府的管理;不断扩大和加强与各国及各国不同政党间的多样化关系;注重社会的和谐稳定发展。

Abstract: The Eleventh National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is of great significance to the future development of Vietnam.The following are the marked characters of the future tendency of Vietnamese reform: 1,adhering to the route of reform and opening-up to creatively apply and develop Marxism and Leninism;2,promoting rapid economic progress while attending to effective growth and sustainable development;3,further facilitating theoretical development;4,reinforcing the leadership capacity and combat capability of the Party in order to improve management of the Party and the government;5,continuously expanding and strengthening varied friendly relationships with other countries and parties;6,stressing harmonious and steady social development.
