摘要: 中印两国国际竞争力的比较是以国家经济实力和科技创新能力为核心内容的全方位的比较,人才培养和人才资源的运用已成为提升综合国力、国际竞争力的关键性因素。在比较研究中,我们通过对大学生的调研,不仅丰富了课题的研究,也让我们从一个新的角度了解到大学生的真实思想、认识和情感。本文在阐述和比较中印两国的国际竞争力和人才培养等问题之后,进一步解读大学生对有关问题的认识,将我们的收获与高校的教育工作者们分享。

Abstract: The comparison of China and India in international competency is in effect an overall comparison with emphases on their economic power and innovation capacity in science and technology.It has been generally agreed that cultivation of talents and management of human resources have become the critical factors of improving a country’s comprehensive power and international competency.Supported by evidence from a survey of university students,the researcher is able to examine the true situation of the university students from a new perspective,including their ideas,their cognition and their affection.Following the comparison of China and India in international competency and talent cultivation,the author further interprets the vision of the university students with the purpose of sharing the findings with other educators working in higher education.
