摘要： 道德与利益之间是一个复杂的关系,但从根本上看,道德与利益是一致的。对于道德与利益关系理解的理论误区在于对个人利益在道德中的地位的理解。我们应当充分肯定个人利益在道德中的地位,同时也应看到超越个人利益的道德追求的合理性。即使是对于那些行为高尚者的超责任的道德行为,社会也应当给予某种应有的利益奖赏,从而使得高尚的道德行为得到应有的社会尊重和回报。

Abstract: The relationship between morality and interests is,in essence,not conflicting,although it might be a a rather complicated one.The author holds that misunderstanding of this relationship often lies in our riew regarding the position of personal interests in moral issues.We should fully recognize the important status of personal interests in morality,and respect moral pursuit beyond personal interests.The author concludes that moral conduct deserves award from the society even if it is beyond the duty of the individual.In this way,we can ensure that good conduct is acknowledged and the people of moral integrity always receive due respect.
