摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2006年国际安全形势呈现总体和平、稳定与缓和的局面,双边特别是多边安全对话十分活跃,地区安全机制的构建取得进展,但国家之间的竞争更加激烈,局部战乱、动荡和紧张有所加剧。2006年是中国外交的丰收年,中国外交政策和外交布局趋于“均衡、有序、务实”,进一步展现了中国外交的成熟。

关键词: 国际安全, 中国外交, 周边环境

Abstract: Generally speaking,the situation of international security in 2006 is characterized by peace,stability and detente.Bilateral and multilateral dialogues on security issues have been carried out,and establishment of mechanism of regional security is in progress.However,competitions among countries have become more severe,and regional wars,disputes and tension have increased.2006 witnessed tremendous diplomatic attainment in China.The Chinese diplomatic policies and the overall arrangement of foreign affaires have become "balanced,orderly,and practical",which is seen as a sign that marks the maturity of Chinese diplomacy.
