哲学教育的规范化与创新人才的培养

摘要: 本文认为,规范化建设的欠缺,是制约我国哲学教育发展的瓶颈。“哲学教育的规范化”主要指哲学教育的专业化、正规化与系统化,它与学生的创新精神和创新能力的培养并不矛盾,相反构成了后者的根本途径和重大前提。哲学教育的规范化不是一种外在的形式化的要求,而是包含着实质性内容的对学生“哲学精神”的熏陶和培育。根据上述理解,本文从基本原则、哲学教育理念、课程体系、教学方式、教学效果的评估等多个方面提出了对“哲学教育规范化建设”的初步构想。

Abstract: The author holds that the crucial problem that hinders the development of philosophy education in China is that it is not normalized.Normalization of philosophy education refers to the practice of making philosophy education professional,standardized and systematic,which is in line with cultivation of the students’ability to innovate.In fact,normalization of philosophy education is an essential approach to cultivation of innovative ability.It can even be regarded as a prerequisite of it.The author emphasizes that normalization of philosophy education is not merely a formal change.Instead,it aims at cultivation of the spirit of philosophy.In the light of this understanding,the paper offers a proposal for normalization of philosophy education,which includes the basic principles,the supporting theories,the curriculum,the teaching method and evaluation of the teaching results.
