摘要： 当代发展观经过了由“以物为本”到“以人为本”的转变,后者把一切人的最大化的全面发展视为社会发展的核心价值观和终极目标。马克思主义唯物史观是“以人为本”发展观的哲学根据。要理解这一点,必须在理论上完整准确地理解唯物史观的出发点,要完整准确把握物质生产活动的双重意义。

Abstract: Having experienced the material-oriented stage, the concept of development is now at the human-oriented stage and considers the maximum human development to be the essential value and the ultimate aim of social development. The philosophical support of this concept lies in Marxist historical materialism. To understand this idea it is necessary to acquire a thorough and precise understanding of the point of departure of historical materialism and a thorough and precise understanding of the double significance of human activities of material production.
