当代西方多元主义发展基本趋向分析

摘要： 自20世纪70年代西方后工业社会产生以来,西方多元主义日益将文化作为了关注的重点。在此前提下,多元主义政治思想有两种倾向表现突出:激进的多元主义和温和的多元主义。前者侧重于破除一元而建立多元;后者注重多元基础上的社会整合。作者认为将“一”与“多”对立起来的观点是错误的,同样在探讨“一”、“多”关系上更多地偏向于杜会也是有局限的。“一”、“多”关系应该在社会和国家的辩证关系中实现均衡。

Abstract: Since the emergence of the post-industrialized society in the 1970s pluralism in the West has turned its attention to culture. Two trends of pluralism political ideas are particularly worth mentioning: the radical pluralism and the mild pluralism. The former emphasizes establishing plural as a consequence of eradicating unitariness, while the latter stresses social integration on the basis of plural. The author holds that it is not right to consider "unitariness" and "plural" as conflicting concepts. The article concludes that a balanced relationship of "unitariness" and "plural" realized on the basis of a dialectic relationship of the society and the state is recommended.
