中共党史党建学高质量发展的基本逻辑

摘要: 中共党史党建学的设立及其高质量发展,是新时代全党全社会对于党史党建工作之“以史鉴今、资政育人”必要性和重要性的深刻认识达及历史新高度的产物,是在加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学“三大体系”和自主知识体系的国家战略中全面加强以“指导思想”和“领导力量”为研究对象之马克思主义学科建设的产物,是加强和改进高校思政课建设,加强和改进以“史论结合”为基本形式、以“党史教育”为核心内容的相关思政课教育教学之学科支撑和学术支持工作的产物,是中国特色哲学社会科学自觉回答“中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问”的重要举措和具体体现。作为具有鲜明主体性、原创性、标识性特质的中共党史党建学一级学科的设立及其高质量发展,绝不仅仅是因应新形势下学科动态优化调整的现实需要和目标驱动,而且是在充分依循学科发展规律、依托深厚历史传统和积淀的守正创新、系统集成,是中国特色哲学社会科学自主回答“学科之问”“学术之问”“学人之问”的重要举措和具体体现。

Abstract: The establishment and high-quality development of  the subject on history and construction of the CPC are the outcome of the whole Party and society reaching an unprecedented historical understanding of the necessity and importance of the work on the Party's history and building for “learning from history to inform the present and nurturing people for governance” in the new era. They are also the result of comprehensively strengthening the development of Marxist disciplines that take the “guiding ideology” and “leading force” as their research objects under the national strategy of accelerating the construction of the “Three Systems” (discipline, academic, and discourse systems) and an independent knowledge system for philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics. Moreover, they serve as the disciplinary and academic support for strengthening and improving the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, as well as the education and teaching of relevant ideological and political courses that take “integrating history with theory” as the basic form and “Party history education” as the core content. They are important measures and concrete embodiment of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics that consciously respond to the “questions of China, the world, the people and the times”. The establishment and highquality development of the firstlevel subject on history and construction of the CPC , which features distinct subjectivity, originality and identity, are not merely a response to the practical needs and goaldriven dynamic optimization and adjustment of disciplines under the new situation. Rather, they represent an innovative inheritance of traditions and a systematic integration, grounded in strict adherence to the laws of disciplinary development and drawing on a profound historical heritage. They are important measures and concrete embodiment of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, independently answering the “questions of disciplines, academia and scholars”.
