摘要： 随着《论再生产》手稿的出版，阿尔都塞对意识形态问题的独特诠释引发愈益普遍和深入的关注。基于对“经济基础-上层建筑”议题的批判性反思，以及对上层建筑能动作用的精准把握，阿尔都塞重新界定意识形态的作用层面，在将意识形态批判具体指向资产阶级意识形态批判的同时，将意识形态问题由起源追溯转换为实施方式探究，重释了意识形态问题的基本构成。从再生产的视域出发，阿尔都塞在意识形态实践与资产阶级法权批判之间建立内在关联，由此揭示了意识形态实践的社会过程，并对意识形态建设的可能性空间作出拓展。

Abstract: With the publication of the manuscript On the Reproduction of Capitalism, Althussers unique interpretation of ideological issues has drawn increasing attention. Based on a critical reflection on the “economic basesuperstructure” issue and a precise grasp of the active role of the superstructure, Althusser redefines the function of ideology. While specifically directing the critique of ideology towards that of bourgeois ideology, he shifts the analysis of ideological issues from tracing origins to exploring its modes of implementation, reinterpreting the basic composition of ideological issues. From the perspective of reproduction, Althusser establishes an intrinsic connection between ideological practice and the critique of bourgeois legal rights, thus revealing the social process of ideological practices and expanding the potential space for ideological construction.
