Abstract: Constructing equal and reasonable order of world is political appeal. However, the current cultural study, political study and national study indicate that new order of world are limited by profits of nationality. It hints that its impossible for multi—polarization. The fact of rising of China will terminate this viewpoint. As a multinationality state, Chinese achievements expose that there is a relationship between universal void of spirt and consistency of appeals of different nationality. The originality of void is from negation of current situation of existence and the hope of a better life. Basing on spiritual needs, common ideal actually becomes the spiritual connections among peoples, that is, national independence, individual happiness and rising of nationality, on which, industrial workers, farmers and student are chasing on and guiding each other for regenerating China. Hence, the enlightenment of China road is that the government of China should construct the discourse of hope, realize the performance of political commitment and form new order of world—human destiny community.
