摘要： 中国特色社会主义是对科学社会主义的遵循和发展。第一，遵循科学社会主义关于共产主义发展分阶段的基本观点，发展形成我国社会主义初级阶段理论以及社会主义初级阶段的基本路线，为中国特色社会主义提供了总依据和根本指导。第二，遵循历史唯物主义的基本观点，发展了科学社会主义需要在改革开放中不断坚持、发展和完善的观点，形成改革开放的基本国策，为中国特色社会主义提供了强大动力。第三，遵循资本主义条件下提出的剩余价值学说，发展了科学社会主义要实现从以往剥削制度占统治地位的社会向彻底消灭剥削的社会这一历史跨越的观点，发展形成社会主义本质理论。第四，遵循科学社会主义关于建立公有制、实行按劳分配、坚持无产阶级领导、以工农联盟为基础结成最广泛的同盟军等基本观点，发展形成中国特色社会主义制度体系。第五，遵循科学社会主义和历史唯物主义关于建设高度发达的物质文明和精神文明、合乎自然规律地改造和利用自然、促使人实现自由而全面发展等基本观点，发展形成中国特色社会主义建设五位一体总布局和发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的科学发展理念。第六，遵循马克思主义社会再生产理论和列宁新经济政策理论，发展形成社会主义市场经济理论，极大丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义。

Abstract: Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Follows and Develops the Scientific SocialismFirstly，following the scientific socialism basic views on communism phased development，development theory of the primary stage of socialism and the primary stage of socialism basic line，provides a general basis and fundamental guidance for socialism with Chinese characteristicsSecondly，following the basic idea of historical materialism，the need to continue to adhere to the development of scientific socialism，the formation of the reform and opening up policy，provides a powerful driving force for the socialism with Chinese characteristicsThirdly，following the theory of surplus value proposed under capitalism，the development of scientific socialism achieving from the previous system of exploitation to realize the historical span to eliminate exploitative society，develops and forms the essence of the theory of socialismFourthly，following the scientific socialism on the establishment of public ownership，the distribution according to work，adhering to the leadership of the proletariat，and most extensive alliance army based on the alliance of workers and peasants，develops and forms the socialist system with Chinese characteristicsFifthly，following the basic ideas of scientific socialism and the historical materialism about the construction of highly developed material civilization and spiritual civilization，and realizing the free and comprehensive development of human beings，develops the scientific concept of development in building socialism with Chinese characteristicsFiually，following the Marxs theory of social reproduction  and Lenins new economic policy theory develops the theory of socialist market economy，which enriches and develops socialism with Chinese characteristics
