The path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics explored since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided answers to the questions of our times about how to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, made clear the direction of agricultural and rural reform in the new era, and clarified that hundreds of millions of farmers will march towards common prosperity and comprehensive modernization, with a negative list system through which basic needs are met.
