Individual harmony refers to the state when man achieves harmony in psychology,physiology and character.This concept is marked by the time with relativity and of different levels.Overall development at one’s own will is the ultimate goal for human self-harmony,and much classical interpretation and introspection with wisdom over this concept can be found in the history of cultural progress of mankind,among which are those suggested by the Confucian school,Daoism,and Buddhism.Under circumstances of market economy,self-harmony and self-regulation are reflected in various aspects of social progress with increasing marked contribution to civilization.
