47-51.
The author observes that due to the theoretical changes in studies of western Marxist philosophy and development of contemporary Chinese Marxist philosophy, these two schools of philosophy have demonstrated an obvious tendency of conformity. First, both the empiricism of modern western philosophy and the spirit of seeking truth from facts in contemporary Chinese Marxist philosophy have adopted a scientific approach of empirical evidence. Second, both neutralism in modern western philosophy and the dialectical concept of Chinese Marxist philosophy identify with the idea of the golden mean. Third, the notion of the movement of intersnbject in modern western philosophy and the spirit of justice in Chinese philosophy both approve the philosophical measure of sociology. And fourth, both the movement of linguistics philosophic in the west and the concept of textual criticism in Chinese Marxist philosophy regard criticism between language and philosophy as a current issue to be studied.
