The article holds that “the Mont Pelerin Society” founded on April 1, 1941 marked the start of the International Association of New liberalism. It is a real base for new liberalism, which offers a new dimension for research on the development of the new liberalist ideas. The author maintains that new liberalism is in essence but “individualistic liberalist” theory under market economy. Studying new liberalism as an independent school will incur confusion.
