Internationalization of industry is an important basis and prompt for globalization and integration of world economy. It is also closely related to transnational management and, in particular, large scale investments abroad. In this sense internationalization of industry is a direct result or achievement of transnational management of enterprises. Its major features are marked by four aspects, namely, internationalization of production, transnational management, large scale and intensified production and management, and internationalization of the setup of competition in the market.
