To understand past and future orientation of China,one should transcend the limited historical experiences of the modern west and apprehend a bread vision of civilizations,because China is a civilization-state.Harmonious society and harmonious world,as ideas,not only have expressed a theory consciousness to construct a political philosophy,but also revealed a culture consciousness to digest the contradictions of the world history and open a way of independent development of Chinese civilization.
