A comparison of the national spirit education in China and in other countries is also presented.It is expected that this review will contribute to promoting future researches in this area. The author holds that failure in Soviet Union, a country with one form of the socialist structure, does not necessarily mean that experiments with other forms of socialist structure will not succeed. On the other hand, the author points out, socialism as a kind of value has been existing everywhere, including in capitalist countries, taking shape and developing.
