Harmonious world is a fresh new proposition with respect to how China deals with diplomatic affairs.Establishment of its theoretical system has just been started.Therefore,it needs continuous efforts for perfection,enrichment and development in the process of application.The author holds that the idea of harmonious region and application of this idea mean tremendous contribution and significance in terms of enriching the idea of harmonious world and promoting construction of harmonious world.
