The political civilization of contemporary China is defined as "political emancipation aimed at human liberation".This is not only a theoretical definition, but also the needs of the development of practical social life. The issue of basic civil rights is an internal aspect of the market economy system. To protect the basic civil rights means to maintain the integrity and perfection of the marketing economic system. This is exactly the core idea of political emancipation under circumstances of a basic system of socialism. The problem of polarization between the rich and the poor is highly correlated to the operation of marketing mechanism. The solution to this problem is closely related to the fundamental nature of socialist society and its ultimate value. This is the crucial difference between socialist political civilization and capitalist political civilization.

Marxist Philosophical Conception of Matter and Modern Natural Science
    YAN Meng-wei, YANG Qian
    Teaching and Research    2001, (9): 9-15.
    Abstract1195)      PDF(pc) (1070KB)(1863)       Save
Achievements of modern physics involves several issues concerning philosophical conception of matter. First, what man can understand in relation to objectivity and knowability of matter is interaction of objects within the practice-field. Out of the practice-field it does not make sense to talk about whether the nature of objects is knowable. Second, with regard to unlimitedness and limitedness of the material world, the philosophical outlook of the universe differs from that of the natural science. In terms of the determinism and non determinism, statistic character of quantum mechanics does not indicate that the world is fundamentally statistical or of non determinism, but rather, it simply indicates that the interaction among objects is unity of the inevitable and the accidental. As for the question of evolution and degeneration from the perspective of the unlimitedness of the universe, neither evolution nor development should be viewed as the sole nature of the material world. The material world, on the whole, can only be seen as unity of evolution and degeneration.
