It was her first attempt of political socialization. Propaganda network functioned well during the early periods of new China by contributing to realization of the central aims set by the Party, implementing political propaganda and ensuring organization of the people then. This preliminary attempt has offered valuable experience and reference for propaganda in new China. In consensus, similarity is fundamental and difference is not the main aspect. Underlying sources of similarity resides in two parties’ acceptance of common political agenda,underlying sources of difference of policy can be found in the respective nature of parties due to tradition and different ideas of government.
