Reference | Related Articles | Metrics | Comments（0） Select How Should We "Comprehensively and Accurately Understand Marx’s Das Kapital"?——On Professor Xi Zhaoyong’s Ideas and Argument Logic WEI Xing-hua Teaching and Research    2009, (7): 45-56.   Abstract （1300）      PDF（pc） （2501KB）（1747）       Knowledge map    Save The paper claims that Professor Xi Zhaoyong has failed to understand correctly the implied meanings of Deng Xiaoping’s words "comprehensively and accurately understand Mao Zedong thought",and he probably did not read Deng’s original words carefully enough. The author points out that following an opposite train of thought Xi has misunderstood Deng Xiaoping’s original idea,and has attempted to interpret Das Kapital according to a principle contradictory to Deng’s idea of "comprehensive and accurate understanding". Xi is,in fact,resorting to a slogan of the cultural revolution,the so-called "Fanshi" and "all the words expressing truths",as the supporting theory and tool in theroetical research. This paper,then,launches an all-round response to Professor Xi’s arbitrary and distorting interpretation of the author’s ideas,claiming that Xi’s interpretation is in the critical spririt of the "cultural revolution". The author maintains that Professor Xi’s argument does not hold water in terms of his theoretical understanding,logical thinking,method of argument,and points these defects out. The author also analyzes and discusses from a new view point how money turns to capital,how labor becomes commodity,and the source of surplus value as well.
