Though the Chinese Economy develops very well in 2004, there are many problems, especially in investment. From the current position, the inclination of investment rebound is still strong, we can find the premonitions in real estate and steel industries. The reason includes many aspects, such as understanding of the position,economy development and policy change. So, if we want to prevent investment rebound, we must enhance the understanding of scientific developing ideas, exercise economic means to adjust the structure and intensify the establishment of other policies.
