Multilateral diplomacy is a diplomatic strategy that mutual supplements with bilateral diplomacy. Though New China had entered into multilateral diplomacy arena immedeatly after its funding, its knowledge and engagement in multilateral diplomacy was much limited. Since the beginning of reform and opening up to the outside world, China’s view on multilateral diplomacy has witnessed a great change, and made great achievements. China’s historical experience and national condition made its multilateral diplomacy is of clear characteristics.
