Marxism is a systematic and open concept. It refers not only to the thought of Marx, but also to the thought of his successors. For China,it mainly stands for classical Marxism and localized Marxism in China. The time orientation covers Marxism as a whole, including the world outlook, methodology and various principles and ideas, though aspects of their specific performance are not the same.Time is a multi-dimensional and complicated concept. It is composed of many perspectives such as social development and technological development. The meaning of time in a particular country is the organic integration of international and domestic time. The basic orientation of time is moving forward, that is,from low time to high time. But in reality, time can be so complicated as to move from high time to low time.

The Great Disruption: Human Nature and the Reconstitution of Social Order written by Francis Fukuyama explores the inharmonious social factors under the American capitalist system in the information era from the perspectives of crime, family and trust.Having analyzed the account offered by the left-wing and the right-wing for the disruption,Fukuyama claims that the great disruption is in essence caused by technological progress, and that the thoughts of individualism and the decline of traditional family structure are destructive forces, too.Fukuyama believes that the great disruption leads to loss of social capital,so the countermeasure lies in increasing the social capital, and American capitalism is capable of doing this.As a speaker of "the end of history" Fukuyama attempts to maintain and repair capitalism. However, there exist potential and evident crises in modern capitalism.Fukuyama’s concern with the disruption in the information era shows a certain degree of foresightedness with some implications.
