However, valid ation studies as a whole still seem to be based more or less on experience, lack universal significance, and appear incomplete. To promote profundity of validat ion research in this area, a thorough and scientific theoretical frame should be established. This article is intended to offer preliminary analyses and argumen ts for establishment of this theoretical frame by addressing two issues: point o f departure in logic and basic construct of arguments.
