The principle of non-interference in internal affairs is a product of history.It requires actively and positively meeting the changing situations in the world.China’s diplomacy is no exception.As far as China is concerned,the requirement comes from the following factors: China’s needs for raising her comprehensive national strength and soft power,the results of the changing guidelines of foreign affairs and deep meaning of these guidelines,the the improved learning ability of the Chinese government,and the demand for global governance and maintenance of an environment with a secure and peaceful neighborhood.
