Systemic philosophy and structuralism are closely related in the world history of philosophy.Systemic philosophy studies the philosophical issues in the complexity of the system, focusing on the common characters and general principles of the system. The central idea of structuralism is the structure. It emphasizes mobility of the system.Structuralism employs some concepts and methods of systemic philosophy but stresses the dynamics and relativity of structure, which is similar to the ideas of openness and relativity in systemic philosophy.Structuralism uses one methodology, focusing on establishing the idea of a structure, and attempts to direct all studies to structuralism.Systemic philosophy,on the other hand,is a set of theories, focusing on establishing a new view of the world. These two differ in objectives of study, focuses of discussion, and strength of theoretical abstraction as well.
