The author then classifies international relation theories into two types, namely, theories of logics and theories of interests. The author holds that it is the responsibility of researchers on international relation in China to establish international relation theories of logics. By analyzing two cases of bordering affairs in which multiliteral strategies were applied the author holds that China’s participation in practice of multiliteralism is meant for maintaining her own benefits as well as to help establish an international mechanism represented by a new concept of security. This is the principal idea of the school of constructivism with Alexander Wendt as its representative. This paper attempts to examine the construction mechanism by means of the principal theoretical hypothesis Wendt. Generally Speaking,international norms constructing national interests will go over three stages,namely, origin,socialization,int ernalization.Nevertheless,prerequisite requirements will have to be met before national interests can be successfully constructed.
