Abstract: How to maintain a rational outlook on Party history and see history from a broader perspective through the lens of the Chinese Communist Party history and Party building is a significant issue related to the fundamental direction of the discipline, and it is also an issue related to the construction of the discipline, academic and discourse systems that adheres to historical materialism. How to adhere to the historical materialist view of history, how to see history from a broader perspective, how to maintain a rational outlook on Party history, how to grasp and understand the basic principles and methods of historical materialism, what is the broader perspective on history and how to use it, and what is the rational outlook on Party history and how to use it are investigated in this paper. In promoting the innovation and development of the firstlevel discipline of the Chinese Community Party history and Party building in the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on firmly maintaining a rational outlook on Party history and seeing history from a broader perspective should be taken as the backbone and anchor, and only in this way can the understanding of the regularity of development over the centuryold history of the Communist Party of China be raised to a new height.

摘要： 新时代中共党史党建学如何树立大历史观和正确党史观，是事关学科根本方向的问题，也是事关学科体系、学术体系、话语体系建设坚持历史唯物主义的问题。就如何坚持历史唯物主义的历史观、如何树立大历史观、如何坚持正确党史观，怎样把握和理解历史唯物主义基本原理和基本方法，什么是大历史观、怎样运用大历史观，什么是正确党史观、怎样运用正确党史观展开探讨和论述。在新时代推动中共党史党建一级学科创新发展中，要把习近平总书记关于牢固树立大历史观和正确党史观的重要论述作为主心骨和定盘星，才能把对中国共产党百年历史的规律性认识提升到一个新水平、新高度。
