Abstract: The production network is a new production organization mode to meet the needs of monopoly capital proliferation. Relying on the revolution of information technology, centralized large enterprises have achieved decentralization and reorganization, generating a large number of small and mediumsized enterprises and individual workers and forming a relatively flat networked organizational structure. The paper argues that the decentralization of capital ownership in the production network has not negated the concentration of control rights, and the large enterprises that constitute key nodes in the network have improved their monopoly efficiency. Through the flexible employment mode, the subordination of labor to capital is strengthened, and the multiple contradictions in the reproduction process of capitalism, such as monopoly capital and small capital, capital and labor, accumulation and consumption, are further deepened. Meanwhile, the production network has promoted the improvement of the degree of socialization of production, and the historical limitations of capitalist production relations have been once again recounted. Socialism will gain new historical advantages to surpass capitalism through this organization mode.

摘要： 生产网络是适应垄断资本增殖需要的新型生产组织方式。依托信息技术革命，集中化的大企业实现了分散化改组，中小企业和个体劳动者大量涌现，形成了相对扁平的网络化组织结构。生产网络中资本所有权的分散化并没有否定控制权的集中，构成关键节点的大企业提高了自身的垄断效率；通过弹性雇佣模式，劳动对资本的隶属程度得到加强；垄断资本和小资本、资本和劳动、积累和消费等资本主义再生产过程中的多重矛盾也进一步加深。生产网络同时促进了生产社会化程度的提高，资本主义生产关系的历史局限性再次得到凸显，社会主义将通过这种组织方式获得超越资本主义的新的历史条件。
