Abstract: The platform economy has developed from the market economy, and there is a more complete market mechanism in it, which is the direction for the development and improvement of the market economy. At the same time, under the advantages of data and Internet, enterprises in the platform economy system will further develop a new generation of information technology, which provides a technical foundation for enterprises in the platform economy to break through the barriers to proliferation of capital, and integrates capital in the platform economy system across industries to form a planning mechanism in the economic system. This kind of planning mechanism and market mechanism play a role together in the platform economic system, realizing the organic combination of planning mechanism and market mechanism. It will have a profound impact on the reform of social and economic operating mechanisms.

摘要： 本文认为，平台经济从市场经济中发展而来，其内部存在更加完善的市场机制，是市场经济发展和完善的方向。同时，平台经济体系中的企业在数据和互联网优势下进一步发展新一代信息技术，为平台经济各企业资本突破增值障碍提供了技术基础，使平台经济体系中资本跨行业相互融合，形成了平台经济体系中的计划机制。这种计划机制与市场机制在平台经济体系中共同发挥作用，实现了计划机制与市场机制的有机结合，将对社会经济运行机制变革产生深远的影响。
