中国百年哲学通识教育的回顾与评析——以哲学概论类教材为例

Abstract:

Chinese philosophy general education includes two aspects: “internal communication” and “external communication”. The philosophical introduction course,
especially the textbook, has in fact reflected the tortuous history of Chinese philosophy general education. Before 1949, in the context of learning from the West, the general education of philosophy rose with the rise of modern education, and gradually opened the pattern from scratch. After 1949, Marxist philosophy served as a philosophical principle for a long time. In the process of reform and opening up, after the pioneering and foundation laying of the second half of the 1990s to the beginning of this century, the textbooks on the introduction of philosophy have been diverse and broad. Looking back on the history of the past 100 years, we find that philosophy general education is imperative. The Chinesestyle “introduction” form is precisely the advantage of Chinese philosophy and its education relative to the West. We must ensure the public discussion of the philosophical introduction courses and textbooks. The status of Marxist philosophy and its selfidentity must be highly valued.

摘要:

中国哲学通识教育包括“内通”“外通”两个方面,百年来哲学概论类课程特别是教材事实上反映了中国哲学通识教育的曲折历史。1949年前,在西学东渐的背景下,哲学通识教育随着现代教育的兴起而兴起,从无到有,逐渐打开格局。1949年后,马克思主义哲学长期充当哲学原理的角色,而在改革开放进程中,哲学通识教育再次发生,经过20世纪90年代后半期到本世纪初的拓荒和奠基,如今哲学概论类教材已经多元多样、蔚为大观。回顾百年历史,着眼未来发展,我们发现:哲学通识教育势在必行;中国式的“概论”形式恰恰是中国哲学及其教育相对于西方的优势所在;我们要保证哲学概论类课程、教材的公共性讨论;马克思主义哲学的地位及其自我认同问题必须得到高度重视。
