The emergence and development of the common ideal has profound logical inevitability and historical inevitability. The existence of man and his ideal are the premise and foundation of its creation. Because it conforms to the law of social development and the interests of the members of the community, it is recognized and pursued. Common ideal is usually based on national circumstances. It goes through a long process of historical selection, testing, establishment and practice.
