Abstract: China proposed “The Belt and Road” initiative in 2013. Once implemented or partially implemented, this initiative will promote the political, economic, trade and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and countries along “The Belt and Road”. Kazakhstan is one of the most important friendly neighbor of China in its northwest, which is also an important country along “The Belt and Road” channel on the west. Therefore, there is some practical significance and reference value in the study of the trade and investment relations between China and Kazakhstan.

摘要： 2013年中国提出的“一带一路”倡议一旦实施或部分实施，将会促进中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经贸往来、政治合作与文化交流。哈萨克斯坦是中国西北方向最重要的友好邻邦之一，也是“一带一路”西部大通道上的重要国家，因此研究哈萨克斯坦与中国的贸易和投资关系具有一定的现实意义和借鉴价值。本文介绍了中哈双边贸易和投资的现状，从中国和哈萨克斯坦两方面探讨了阻碍中哈贸易和投资进一步发展的因素，并提出相应的对策建议。
