Abstract: With the Continuous evolution of globalization, Crosscultural leadership is becoming the key word in the globalization periodHowever, Crosscultural leadership faces a lot challenges for some reason, such as lack of crosscultural Quotient, difference of crosscultural leadership styles, conflicts of crosscultural thinking, and inefficiency of crosscultural encouragementsSo as to realize high efficient crosscultural leadership, it needs to enhance cultural sensitivity, set up global thinking, cultivate cultural intelligence and improve crosscultural Quotient, reinforce crosscultural communication, and focus on crosscultural encouragements

摘要: 随着全球化的不断演进,跨文化领导已然成为全球化时代的领导关键词。但由于跨文化智商的不足、跨文化领导风格的差异、跨文化思维的冲突、跨文化沟通的障碍以及跨文化激励的乏力等原因,跨文化领导遭遇诸多挑战。因而要实现高效的跨文化领导,就需要增强跨文化敏锐性,树立起全球性思维,修炼跨文化智商,加强跨文化沟通,着力跨文化激励。
