数字时代主流意识形态的符号叙事:出场、风险与治理

摘要: 符号作为信息的外在形式与物质载体,是意义建构与叙事实践的基本单元,在主流意识形态叙事过程中承担着价值传递与话语表达的重要功能。进入数字时代,数智技术深刻重构了主流意识形态的叙事生态,符号叙事的数字化转向与主流意识形态的数字化进程同步展开,共同催生了主流意识形态符号叙事的数字化形态,并呈现出诸多新特征。具体体现在符号生产逻辑呈现数据驯化性、意义秩序凸显多模态超文本性、传播结构表现圈层共振性、符号消费行为体现娱乐互动性,以及符号权力格局呈现博弈共谋性。符号叙事数字化嬗变在提升主流意识形态传播效能的同时,也面临生产异化、传播离散、消费壁垒与治理迟滞等多重现实困境。故此,亟需系统调适主流意识形态符号叙事全过程:生产上优化符号编码的要素组合,传播上善用算法逻辑并构建多模态矩阵,消费上提升主体符号解码能力,治理上完善符号生态治理机制。循此路径,全面提升主流价值叙事效能,进一步增强主流意识形态在数字时代的传播力、引导力、影响力与公信力。

Abstract: Symbols, as the external form and material carrier of information, serve as basic units of meaning construction and narrative practice. They play a crucial role in value transmission and discourse expression in the narrative process of mainstream ideology. With the advent of the digital age, digital and intelligent technologies have profoundly reshaped the narrative ecosystem of mainstream ideology. The digital turn of symbolic narrative and the digitalization of mainstream ideology have unfolded in tandem, giving rise to a digital form of symbolic narrative for mainstream ideology that presents many new features. Specifically, these include: the datadriven logic of symbolic production, the hypertextual and multimodal nature of meaning organization,the resonant structure of layered dissemination, the interactive and entertainmentoriented behavior in symbolic consumption, and the contested yet collaborative landscape of symbolic power. While the digital transformation of symbolic narrative has improved the communication efficiency of mainstream ideology, it also faces multiple practical challenges, such as production alienation, fragmented dissemination, consumption barriers, and governance delays. Therefore, it is essential to systematically optimize the entire process of symbolic narrative of mainstream ideology: refining the composition of elements in symbolic coding in production; leveraging algorithmic logic and constructing multimodal matrices in dissemination; enhancing subjects ability to decode symbols in consumption; and improving the governance mechanism of the symbolic ecosystem. In this regard, we can comprehensively improve the narrative efficacy of mainstream values and further strengthen the communicative power, guidance, influence and credibility of mainstream ideology in the digital age.
