摘要： 在百年变局和世纪疫情的交织下，世界进入新的动荡变革期，欧亚地区一些学者开始重新思考新时代中国向世界所展现的大国责任、风范与担当。他们关注共建“一带一路”下的经贸合作、数字丝绸之路、地区安全保障和多边外交等议题，其研究话语呈现出力图克服西方话语的影响、关注共建“一带一路”的带动效应、对中国与欧亚地区关系的前景持谨慎乐观态度等特点，产生这些认知新变化的动因主要在于东西方力量对比的持续变化、欧亚地区特殊地缘政治的现实考虑以及古丝绸之路的当代价值日益凸显等方面。

Abstract: In a time of unprecedented global changes and a onceinacentury pandemic, the world has entered a period of turbulence and transformation. Scholars in Eurasia have started to rethink China's commitment as a major, responsible country on the international stage in the new era. They focus on issues such as economic and trade cooperation, the digital silk road, regional security and multilateral diplomacy in envisaging Belt and Road cooperation. Their research and discourse have three basic features, iecasting off the influence of the Western discourse, focusing on the driving effects of the Belt and Road Initiatives and keeping cautiously optimistic about the prospect of the relationship between China and Eurasia. These new cognitive changes are mainly driven by the continuous changes in the balance of power between the East and the West, the realistic considerations of the special geopolitics in the Eurasian region, and the increasingly prominent contemporary value of the ancient Silk Road.
