摘要： 社会核心价值观是民族精神的集中体现，凝结着全体人民共同的价值追求。从古至今，它经历了从“儒家为主，道佛为辅”到“马克思主义为主、传统价值为根、西方价值为辅”的漫长演化过程，受社会主要矛盾、社会基本制度、传统文化和外来文化四大因素的影响。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观，构建反映中国特色、民族特性、时代特征的价值体系，抢占价值体系的制高点，需要在思想观念上定位好社会主要矛盾与核心价值观的关系、在格局上处理好主流价值与多元价值的关系、在节奏上把握好保守主义与激进主义的关系、在实践上协调好制度保障与宣传途径之间的关系。

Abstract:

The core values of the society are the concentrated expression of the national spirit, which congealed the common pursuit of value for all the people. From ancient times to now, it has gone through the long evolution process from “Confucianism as the main form, Taoist and Buddhism as subsidiary” to “Marxism as the main form, the traditional value as the root and the Western value as subsidiary”. These are mainly influenced by four major factors, such as the main social contradictions, the basic social system, the traditional culture and the foreign culture. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. We should cultivate and carry forward the socialist core values and set up a value system that reflects Chinese characteristics, national characteristics and the characteristics of the times, so as to seize the commanding heights of the value system. We need to locate the relationship between the major social contradictions and core values in ideology, deal with the relations between mainstream and pluralism on the pattern, grasp the relationship between conservatism and radicalism in rhythm, and coordinate the relationship between system guarantee and propaganda ways in practice.
