Abstract: Chinas private entrepreneurs have played an important role in promoting Chinas economic development and comprehensive national strength. They also play an increasingly important role in Chinas political life. Theoretically, as a social force outside the system, this group may pose a potential threat to the existing political order. However, the effective political absorption of the private entrepreneurs by the Chinese Communist Party makes it a cooperator of the system and expands the social foundation of the ruling party. The political absorption and integration of the ruling party to the representatives of the private entrepreneurs are concentrated on the following aspects: firstly, to promote political development and to lay the institutional foundation for political stability. Secondly, to enhance the social identity of the ruling party and consolidate the social foundation of political stability. Thirdly, to strengthen the partys ability of political regulation and control.
