摘要/Abstract

摘要： 边疆是一个与国家历史核心相比较所产生的动态概念，这个概念自诞生以来蕴含着国家中心论的色彩，以此为逻辑的边疆治理思维更多体现出排外性与封闭性。通过边疆与边境空间概念、内涵的对比，从而能分析出两种空间概念的治理逻辑在应对跨境问题上的异同。传统民族问题视角下的边疆治理解决手段在跨境问题上不敷使用，全球治理理念下的边境治理具有独立研究需求与价值，应将其从边疆治理中分离，脱离原有边疆治理的民族问题研究框架，针对边境地区开放与安全的动态平衡作进一步的研究，从全球治理的角度出发，考虑跨境问题治理多主体共同参与的需求，寻求边境治理的议题构建。

Abstract: The frontier is a dynamic concept generated with the comparison of national historic core and frontier governance reflects more of the exclusive and closed thinking. Through the contrast of the concept and connotation of frontier and border space, we can analyze the similarities and differences between two kinds of spatial concept governance logic in dealing with crossborder issues. the means of border governance in the perspective of traditional ethnic issues are not enough in dealing with the crossborder issues. The border governance under the concept of global governance has the demand and value of independent research and we should separate it from the frontier governance make further research on the dynamic balance of the opening up and security in the border area. From the point of view of global governance we should consider the need of multilateral governance of the multisubject participation to seek the topic construction of border governance.
