摘要：

科学社会主义作为实现人的自由发展和社会全面进步的科学，是建设社会主义的理论指南。科学社会主义的出场和在场，不仅需要将基本原理与变化的具体实际相结合，而且需要明确理论思维与工程思维的不同功能和作用边界，以防止理论与实践的互相戕害。社会工程思维将理论思维的内部非价值性和普遍性与工程思维的价值性和具体性结合起来，在构建科学理论指导实践以及实践检验科学理论的具体模式中更能彰显科学社会主义整体性的特点和优势。从社会工程思维的视角探析“四个全面”战略布局思想的出场逻辑，通过意义建构、关系建构、状态建构、符号建构促进中国特色社会主义的辩证实践，增强发展中国特色社会主义的话语自觉和理论自信。

Abstract:

Scientific socialism is theoretical guide for building socialism so as to promote humans free and comprehensive development and social progress.It is of great significance to avoid conflicts between theory and practice of scientific socialism by combining fundamental tenets with Chinas national conditions and modern trends，and taking a boundary between theoretical thinking and engineering thinking.Social engineering thinking is a comprehensive way for seeking truth from facts. It contains some outstanding advantages according to universality and particularity with value consciousness in the practice of developing socialism.As a new normal,“Four Comprehensives” is a dialectical practice model of promoting discourse consciousness and theoretical confidence to socialism with Chinese characteristics by social engineering thinking.
