摘要：

经济新常态是推进当前外交工作改革创新的加速器，在此背景下，以共生理念为指导的包容性塑造外交初露端倪，成为中国外交新常态的一种可能方向，并将对中国与世界的关系产生深刻影响。然而，包容性塑造外交能否最终成为中国外交的新常态并发挥实效，还面临着理论和实践的考验。从能够为人类作出更大贡献的目标出发，中国应积极推动包容性塑造外交成为外交新常态。

Abstract:

The economic new normal is the accelerator of promoting the current reform and innovation ofChinas diplomacy. In this context, the inclusive shaping diplomacy under the guidance of the concept of symbiosis has made its preliminary appearance and has become a possible direction of Chinas diplomatic new normal. It will have a profound impact on the relationship between China and the world. However, it is also faced with the test of theory and practice whether the inclusive shaping diplomacy can become the new normal of Chinese diplomacy. From the goal of making a greater contribution to mankind China should actively promote the inclusive shaping diplomacy as a diplomatic new normal.
