摘要/Abstract

摘要： 美国亚洲再平衡战略主要包括军事再平衡、外交再平衡、经济再平衡。美国的战略资源与亚洲再平衡战略目标之间存在紧张。该战略在创新性与传统性、离岸平衡与负担分享、永久存在与轮换存在之间存在争议。亚洲再平衡战略存在着一种“量身定做”战略理念。美韩同盟是美国亚洲再平衡战略的重要依托之一，目前，美韩同盟的功能变化引人注目，即美韩同盟由双边运行向辅助并对接美日同盟转化，由单一威慑朝鲜向双重威慑朝鲜中国转化。

Abstract: The main content of American Asia Rebalance Strategy is military rebalance， diplo- macy rebalance and economic rebalance.Tension exists between American strategic resource and target. There are also debates between innovation and tradition， offshore balance and burden sha- ring， permanent presence and rotational presence on the strategy. While， there is a“tailored strategy” idea in US Asia Rebalance Strategy. The idea of“tailored strategy” refers to using com- prehensive resources， taking specific approach to deal with different adversary. U.S.- South Ko- rea Alliance is one of important support for American Asia Rebalance Strategy， currently， the function of U.S.-South Korea Alliance is impressive， that is， U.S.- South Korea Alliance is changing from bilateral operation to assistance and joint with U.S.-Japan Alliance， changing from deterrence North Korea only to deterrence North Korea and China dually.
