摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在当今世界,软实力已成为世界各国展示其综合国力的重要因素之一。中国顺应时代的要求,不断发展自身的软实力,积极探索"人文外交"的新路径。本文从分析"人文外交"的现实背景出发,考察了它的具体内涵、基本特征与主要创新,并且通过分析中国"人文外交"的实际开展探讨了其相关的制约因素。

关键词: “人文外交”, 外交路径, 中国外交

Abstract: In the modern world,soft power has become one of the important factors to demonstrate the comprehensive national strength of a country.Accordingly,China has strived to continueously develop her sofr power and actively probe into application of "culture and public diplomacy",a new approach to dealing with foreign affaires.This paper starts with an analysis of the background situation of "culture and public diplomacy" to examine the contents,basic characters and major innovaiton of this concept.Relevant restrictive factors as revealed in the actural practice are also discussed.
